QuestionPress is a “non clicker” Learning Response System (LRS). This means your students don’t have to have commercial clickers to use it, but they do need a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Faculty: Request a trial account from the CTE
Students (Responders), go to the following site: http://www.quickieq.com/cte to response to live sessions hosted with the CTE trial site.
The purpose of this account, for our purposes, is to promote the uses of such technologies by current and future teachers. Ball State is supporting other learner response systems for use by students in University courses. This service, is intended as a resource that teacher education faculty might develop instructional activities that our teacher education students might use in their practica and student teaching. QuickieQ is one of a number of technologies that the CTE will be featuring in its outreach services to K-12 schools in Indiana.
Conditions for the trial account: The CTE would like your feedback as to whether we should expand this service with a paid account. Trial users will be asked to write a brief review that will be provided to the developers and posted–if appropriate–on the CTE web site.
