iClassroom: Interactive learning technologies

The CTE provides support and professional development for pre- and in-service teachers to learn and use interactive technologies in their classrooms. This includes interactive whiteboards, clickers, tablets, science probeware, and much more. “Sue” Bello is a former CTE GA who will demonstrate the Promethean ActivBoard and ActiVote learner response system.
Using digital video for professional reflection in the classroom
Video Meta Reflection (VMR) is a technique being used in teacher education and professional evaluation. Faculty from Educational Psychology (Stuve), Elementary Education (Williams), and Physical Education (Hurley) will exhibit their resources and technologies for capturing, editing, and reflecting on practice via various methods of videography.
