On Friday March 16th iStudio staff members Melissa Travis and Erica Bettcher provided Dixie Denton’s EDEL 244 students with a workshop on teaching with and building SMART Board lessons. The EDEL 244 students were given resources for downloading Notebook software, creating lessons, using the Smart Exchange database for accessing pre-created lessons, and given resources for troubleshooting as they build their own Notebook SMART lessons. Several students are choosing to create their class diversity projects through a SMART Board lesson that they will then present to their classmates.
As part of the CTE’s iClassroom initiative, iStudio staff are available to provide presentations on integrating interactive technologies into the classroom.
