A presentation on the importance of technology and research was given  by graduate assistant Athena Dacanay. The children were then given iPads to complete a presentation task led by graduate assistant Madison Carroll. The children were asked to come up with as many pieces of technology they could and a list was formed on the board. They then used the app <em>Sock Puppets<\/em> to create an animation that presented what their favorite piece of technology is and why.
