The teacher is a reflective practitioner who continually evaluates the effects of his/her choices and actions on others (students, parents, and other professionals in the learning community) and who actively seeks out opportunities to grow professionally.

A teacher is learning along with the students they do not assume because they are the teacher they know everything. It states they want others input and willingly will accept it. They want to become a better teacher they want to be the best teacher they can be.
The person I chose was Mr. Johnson. He would talk to the teachers who previously taught the course and would ask their opinions on which sections need the most attention, how they should be taught, and if there was a way that seems to be most effective. He listens to the student, the parents, and the administrators. On the weekends, he goes over everything, he enrolled in trigonometry math classes to expand his knowledge on the material. He worked very hard to make sure we understood the material and that he could answer all of our questions.
