Test Anxiety Support

The Academic Anxiety Resource Center will be hosting a series of support sessions for students who would like to reduce the impact of test anxiety and other academic anxieties.

We will share suggestions for managing your anxiousness during tests, building better test preparation strategies to reduce anxiety as you prepare, and help you identify solutions specific to your needs.

Everyone is welcome – bring your friends. For those who feel like they need more support, information will be available to connect you with individual support.

Monday January 26    4:30 – 6:00 in the iStudio (TC 217)

Wednesday February 4    3:00 – 5:00    iStudio (TC 217)
