Institutional assessment research support

In this project, the RDS team led by Monica Heller has been working with another institution to identify characteristics and skills that both facilitate and hamper optimal performance in their first year of study. The work has led to revisions to first year experiences as well as identification strategies to highlight those students who need more support early on.
