The License in Gifted and Talented Education Graduate Certificate offered by Ball State University is a completely online program that aligns with standards set by the National Association for Gifted Children-Council for Exceptional Children, and is nationally accredited. The courses taken can count towards a graduate certificate or an add-on teaching license.

This license will allow those who complete it to have the skills needed to work with gifted and talented students in schools including identifying gifted and talented students, evaluating students and programs, designing appropriate curricula for talent development, and meeting the social and emotional needs of gifted students.
