Connectedness

This is a simple theme for a complex time. While much of the content of this festival was developed prior to and independent of this theme explicitly, the method and purpose of this event is true to the theme.

Beyond the core content of our graduate student research presentations, we also welcome presentations, exhibits, posters, and tables that pursue connectedness between learners, teachers, questions and knowing. We are particularly interested in presentations that can help all educators and learners explore the potentials of synchronous online learning and how the learning sciences can be harnessed to build connectedness.

This Festival is intended to support both original research, but also to promote prior research, teaching, outreach and artistic expressions of connectedness within and beyond learning sciences. We welcome proposals that summarize recent conference presentations, publications, works in progress, teaching innovations, and outreach services and programs.
