Presenter’s Information
Thank you for joining us as a Festival Presenter!
Here are the next steps as you prepare for your presentation:
- Check out the schedule so you know your time to present.
- Know who you Festival Connector is. She or he is listed in the schedule next to your presentation and will be reaching out to you.
- Make sure you are registered for the Festival. If you haven’t done so already, please make sure register to be an attendee as well.
- Look for your presenter’s email in the days prior to the Festival. This email will include final information on how you’ll set up to present the day of the Festival.
- Know the 11 things to make this Festival work!
- Prepare for your presentation. Here are some guidelines:
Main session presenters:
- You’ll have 30 minutes total, including introduction and questions. We are asking that you plan for about a 20-minute presentation. Your Festival Connector will introduce you and facilitate questions in the chat and at the end.
- You will run your own presentation content via Sharing in Zoom. Let you Connector know if you need help with that.
Exhibit Hall presenters:
- You’ll be online from 12:30 to 2:00 in a dedicated Zoom session separate of the Main Festival Zoom. This session will be run by your Festival Connector. He or she will send you that link but it will also be linked in the live festival past after checkin.
- You will have a dedicated time to give a short 5-10 presentation. See the live schedule for that time. But, for the most part, you’ll be standing by your virtual poster exhibit, table waiting for guests to connect and talk with you.
- Your assigned Festival Connector will be in the room with you to help with chat questions.
