Purpose:
The goal of this study is to understand how students organize their study habits and how these habits affect their ability to achieve their goals and perform well on tests, including the role of test anxiety in this process. By examining both study habits and test anxiety, we aim to identify how these factors influence long-term retention and academic performance. The results will provide new insights into how the importance of goals and the impact of test anxiety shape the way students study, helping us improve our understanding of motivation and learning in educational settings.
