The objective is to contribute to a better understanding of stress management among this age group, potentially leading to more effective strategies for stress mitigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><u><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Inclusion\/Exclusion Criteria<\/strong><\/span><\/u><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To participate in this survey, you must be between 18 and 28 years old and a current BSU student.
