Does Mindfulness Practice Reduce Math Test Anxiety?

PURPOSE OF STUDY 
The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of calming imagery in reducing anxiety conditions.  
 
INCLUSION/EXCLUSION CRITERIA 
To be eligible to participate in this study, you must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled in University.  

STUDY PROCEDURES 
For this study, you will be asked to participate in two research sessions. The first session you will complete surveys and practice mathematics items. The second session will have you observe calming imagery prior to completing a math exam. This study should take 60 minutes to complete between two sessions.
