The Academic Anxiety Resource Center (AARC) is an international group of researchers, practitioners, and members of the general public who are interested in better understanding anxiety within academic settings.
AARC is centered physically at Ball State University, where faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students work to collect and distribute resources that support learners’ attempts to manage academic anxieties across the lifespan as well as conduct applied and theoretical research.
This website is meant as a hub for our activities and work. You will find sections focused on supporting the management of anxiety in academic settings (designed for students, teachers, parents) as well as links to research materials and recent studies for those of you who have interest there.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or materials you wish to share, please contact us using the “Contact Us” tab in the menu above.
